SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

Please allow 2-6 weeks for shipping (varies by location).

For the United States, it takes 12-20 Business days

This doesn’t include our 3-5 day processing time.

You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships, do well to check your SPAM folder if you didn’t get it.

NOTE: These are estimated delivery times. DeaLegend does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date.

Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, if you didn’t receive any email, kindly check your SPAM Folder. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. DeaLegend does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

If you have not received your shipment within 45 days from payment, please contact our Customer support. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

If you didn’t get your order in 45 days, we will refund you in full.

 

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items has been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
